After years of experience in the industry, she dreamed of creating a flooring store of her own, one where great products, trusted guidance, and genuine relationships came first. Flooring NUVO is that dream brought to life.

Self-proclaimed flooring nerd and fishing nut, Jon has been in the flooring industry since 2003. His experience spans both inside sales and territory management for multiple flooring distributors, giving him a deep understanding of the products, the industry, and what goes into making the right selection. If there’s a flooring question to be answered, there’s a pretty good chance Jon has an opinion about it.

With 35 years of interior design experience, including 20 years specializing in flooring, Louis brings a designer’s eye and a fresh perspective to Flooring NUVO. His international outlook and love for forward-thinking design help bring new concepts, unexpected options, and a little fashion-forward flair to the showroom. He’s always looking beyond what’s expected to help customers find something that feels distinctly their own.

Every warehouse has boxes, and ours has Kirk Betts, who possesses the exceptional superpower of knowing where everything is located, even the things someone decided to “put somewhere safe.”
As Warehouse Manager, Kirk keeps inventory organized, shipments moving, and the behind-the-scenes side of Flooring NUVO running smoothly. If it came in, went out, or mysteriously disappeared, Kirk probably knows exactly where it is.

Jessica is one of the friendly faces keeping things running at Flooring NUVO. From answering calls and helping customers with samples to assisting with bids and invoices, she’s always ready to jump in wherever she’s needed.
With her laid-back personality, Jessica helps make the showroom feel welcoming and comfortable from the moment you walk in. Outside of work, she’s an animal lover and proud pet mom to two dogs and a snake.

Audrey works a strict Wednesdays-only schedule, but she takes her role as Flooring NUVO’s official greeter very seriously. Her responsibilities include welcoming customers, testing the carpet samples, making her rounds through the showroom, and, of course, squeezing in a well-timed nap or two.
